Project 6 Bank of Bilbao Viscaya

The refurbishment of an existing building with new build offices to the rear. Previously it was the headquarters of the Jersey New Waterworks Company and needed considerable internal alterations to meet the requirements of a modern international bank. The facade was listed which meant a new office environment had to be created within the constraints of the existing structure. The building was completed in 1992.
